The place was neat. The shower was kinda hard to use because you need to adjust it a lot in order to get hot water. The bedsheets had some stains tho. Shes really kind tho, and the place Is close to the plaza and the market so you guys can just walk

Llegamos con mi familia y nos pareció la casa bonita, bastante amplia, cómoda y privada, ideal para grupos o familias grandes. La ubicación genial, cerca al centro. Caminando hay una plazoleta muy bonita, con tiendas, farmacia y negocios cerca. Zona segura, pudimos movilizarnos con tranquilidad. Y Silvia siempre atenta y nos dio buenas recomendaciones.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en el departamento de Elizabeth. El espacio es amplio, muy limpio, ordenado y transmite una sensación de seguridad y tranquilidad que se agradece. La ubicación es accesible y fácil de encontrar, lo cual hizo todo aún más cómodo. Sin duda, se nota el cuidado y la dedicación con la que ella y su esposo reciben a sus huéspedes. Son anfitriones amables y atentos, lo que hace que uno se sienta bienvenido desde el primer momento. Recomiendo este lugar con total confianza y sin duda volveré en una próxima visita. ¡ Gracias!

Loved our visit, Beatriz is the best, warm and kind. You have a whole floor to yourself, its a great space, make sure to go see the sunset from the-rooftop. <3

Realice la reservación para la estadía de mi madre con unas amigas (todas ellas adultas mayores). Se mantuvo una comunicación óptima y gentil para la llegada a la ubicación con indicaciones claras. Respecto al ambiente fue bastante amplio, y limpio, según las especificaciones detalladas en la descripción. La localización es bastante cercana a la plaza de armas lo cual facilito su desplazamiento. Muy agradecida con la atención recibida y definitivamente volverían a hospedarse allí.

Me pareció muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Muy recomendable.

Anita’s apartment was super well equipped with everything you could need. She was super welcoming and always very responsive with any requests we had. She went above and beyond to accommodate extra guests for us and make sure we were happy. The beds were super comfortable and the en suites were great. We even received a little souvenir. Would highly recommend this apartment to a big group looking for a nice space to relax a short distance from the city.

Der Aufenthalt bei Carmen war sehr gut. Die Plaza de Armas war sowohl zu Fuß als auch per Uber/Taxi schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Außerdem war die Kommunikation denkbar einfach und sehr zuverlässig!

The apartment is good for 1-2 people as a studio. The bed and comforter are comfy, the shower got hot with the electric heater, there are some kitchen amenities, the table is nice if you need a space to work or eat. The washer is also very helpful after a trip to Colca. The neighborhood was active and noisy during the day but quiet at night. There are a few coffee shops and food spots within 5 minutes walk but the city center food spots are about 10-15 minutes uphill. We didn’t spend much time outside on the patio except to dry clothes. We couldn’t find the terrace with views of the mountain but didn’t ask any more about it. Yolanda helped us get the tv working and responded quickly.

Tuve una experiencia muy bonita en este lugar. Desde que llegué, todo estuvo bien organizado, el ambiente fue tranquilo y acogedor. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, bien cuidadas y decoradas con buen gusto. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Me sentí cómoda y relajada durante toda mi estadía. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y recomendaría.

This is a great find for anyone spending more than a day or so in Arequipa. The apartment feels very homey, and is more than comfortable for two people. It's actually a bit larger than the pictures suggest, with a large, well-appointed kitchen for those who want to cook for themselves. However, you'll find several nice restaurants and cafes within a few hundred meters in the lovely and quite accessible neighborhood of Yanuahara. Gloria was a very clear and pro-active communicator throughout. Gloria's sister, who lives in the flat on the first floor is a true gem -- made sure we felt at home and were comfortable throughout, answering all our questions and offering great advice. We would definitely return to this location!

una estancia muy agradable, Guadalupe María, nos dió todas las indicaciones y lo que nos esperaba en el Airbnb, estuvo al tanto de las necesidades que podíamos tener, comunicación muy rápida, el lugar estaba impecable y contaba con todo lo que se indicaba, muy recomendable!!!

Rosa/Joseline’s place was excellent and looked better than the pictures! Very conveniently located, around 15 minute walk to the main plaza- although you do have to cross a highway. Amenities worked well and Rosa was very responsive to my questions

Yvonne fue muy amable al comunicarse, me dio la facilidad de poder hacer el check in antes de la hora establecida, el departamento muy bien ubicado y con las comodidades necesarias para poder tener una muy buena estadía.

El departamento es tal cuál se muestra en las fotos, con mi familia nos sentimos como en casa. Se encuentra al centro de la ciudad y es de fácil acceso. El Sr Percy fue muy amable.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's place. The location was perfect, and the place was a great size for our family of four.

El departamento es lindo, tiene lo necesario, la zona es céntrica y de muy fácil acceso a los lugares turísticos, además de ser tranquilo. Y Josephyn y su esposo muy amables, siempre estuvieron resolviendo nuestras dudas, la atención muy buena, de hecho que volveremos!!

Depto muy bien ubicado a 5 cuadras del puente Bolognesi. Depto nuevo y con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte en casa

10/10 stay. The view is amazing. Day and night. Short walk into town or $1.50 ubers. Much quieter and peaceful and very cozy apartment. Good water pressure. Laundry machine was helpful. So many cute cats outside of building. Would stay here again

We stayed here for 10 days and the apartment was great 👍 the hosts were really responsive and helpful, helping us to book the gym and sauna and giving recommendations for visiting the colca canyon. During the day it's easy to walk into the center of Arequipa from the apartment and takes about 25 minutes. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. Thanks!
