Great host. very responsive and good location

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

the stay in luisa's apartment was very pleasant made us feel right at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood,10-15 minutes walk from downtown Oviedo. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. Luisa is very flexible in the check-in and check-out times of the apartment. 100% recommended apartment

The apartment is comfortable, tastefully furnished with a modern and clean design. It is just a few minutes walk into the centre where there is an ample choice of restaurants. The on site garage is really a big help. You’re only 30 minutes from La Salinas beach by car. We couldn’t have asked for more. What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

This place is perfect! It was our home base for a couples trip to Northern Spain. The location to all the parks for hiking, to places in Oviedo, to shopping/restaurants & really to everything we needed! It was pristine clean, had the best view from the as pictured (but better) terrace, was well stocked & was bright and quiet. The hosts had amazing recommendations & were responsive and helpful. It was an unforgettable stay, Maria is a great host , from the first moment communication has been unbeatable with an excellent treatment We loved the accommodation; with a comfortable and pleasant distribution and an aesthetic that stands out for its simplicity without subtracting modernity, warmth and super beautiful decor, not the lack of detail to feel at home, in addition the location is excellent, we had been on another occasion for which we chose a hotel in the center with a little chaos to park and so on and on this occasion adding that we had a garage square that we accessed from the same elevator of the apartment we were able to move comfortably to visit different wonderful places of Asturias and also visit the center of Oviedo taking a walk of about half an hour We will definitely repeat soon !!!

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest of the city. It is very quiet, no outside noise is heard and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

It's hard to describe briefly - it's a really cozy house for the time of your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, so we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very pleasant and responsive host. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which helped a lot. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. There is no dishwasher in the house, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you have a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing in this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you very much and 100% excellent accommodation.

Let me start off by saying, Maite is absolutely wonderful. She’s accommodating, and she’s available all hours of the day. The apartment is a gem. It’s clean, it’s modern, and in an incredible location. A block and a half away from San Francisco Park and 10 mins away from the heart of the city. And it’s incredibly comfortable. The shower is great & the bed is the most comfortable bed, I’ve ever slept it. Highly recommended! N

Highly recommended, from the first to the last day Carlos has always been attentive and responded quickly to my needs, the house is super modern and is super well distributed, and has incredible views of the estuary and the mountain!! You have EVERYTHING less than 5 minutes away, supermarket, kiosk, bars and the center!!! Even the bus and train station is 2 minutes away. I will repeat 100% with this charming apartment and friendly owners ✨

The house is very well located, close to downtown, 10 minutes walk to the port. It is fully renovated, identical to as shown in the pictures. There is a supermarket right next door, a bakery.. Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street.. I really liked it and I've been very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant stay in Salinas and the appartement matched our expectations. It was generally clean, altough some areas could benefit from extra cleaning (e.g. shower, ventilation system). The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It is also very quiet in the building

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with young children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park for about 7 minutes (footpath). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
