Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Charming house in the village of Ancy le Libre, all stone. Ideal for meeting with family or friends, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. It is composed of 4 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are enfilade. Located in the heart of the Tonnerrois vineyard, 10 minutes from Tonnerre, 10 minutes from Tanlay and 25 minutes from Chablis. 214 km from Paris, accessible by train to Tonnerre station then taxis/shuttle available on site to take you to the villages nearby.

Close to Chablis, charming village, a real favorite, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Beautiful walks along the Burgundy Canal. Golf, canoeing, cycling, hiking. Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. Consider extending your stay with remote working. I tested it, it's really nice...

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
