An excellent place to rest from the city while being just a few minutes away, 5 minutes from Villa La Nata, Nordelta, and 45 minutes from CABA.

We also have a 30-square-meter terrace on the first floor and a beautiful garden and a covered quincho with a grill in the garden attached to the kitchen exit. We are only 50 meters from the beach and the house has an ocean view. Cariló center is only 15 blocks from the house and Pinamar can be reached quickly by car or bus.
