Located on the first floor of a quiet detached house with enclosed garden and parking. Independent entrance, bathroom with toilet (towels provided), kitchenette equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, microwave, sink, fridge, induction stove, dishes, table, chairs, TV (dish towels provided). The room includes a sitting area with TV, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack. (SHEETS not provided) possibility of renting sheets 10 euros. Cleaning 20 euros. Not suitable for children under 8 years old.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. In the heart of a small village, 5 minutes from the shops with walks around Lake Ganguise within walking distance. Come and discover the Lauragais and the surroundings between the Canal du Midi and the Toulouse region on one side about 50 minutes away and on the other Carcassonne with its superb city. Living room/kitchen on the ground floor then upstairs a transition room with a modular bed for 2 people, and a bedroom with bathroom and sink.

Free parking 30 meters from the house. 2 bedrooms, one with new 140 cm sofa bed with very comfortable mattress. 13 km from Foix with ring road access 500 meters from the house. Just been renovated, no shoes on the floors. Small south-facing courtyard.
