The view from front is spectacular and the rear window view is not bad either! Glenfinnan is the place to be for Harry Potter fans as the Glenfinnan Viaduct (The Harry Potter Bridge) and the Jacobite Steam Train (Hogwarts Express) are both located here. The kitchen is cottage style, with everything you'd expect in a modern home. Two bedrooms upstairs (kingsize in one, twins in the other, all with Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread-count linen) with sea views . Two bathrooms upstairs (one ensuite), a toilet downstairs. Private garden plus parking for 2 cars. 300m from the centre of Portree.

We are situated just off the coastal road between Arisaig and Morar. If you are looking for peace, quiet and tranquility in your stay, we are here for you. Carounn Apartment is a self catering unit. Living room with kitchen diner and two bedrooms, double bed, twin beds both bedrooms have en-suite. The apartment is modern with Air Fryer, electric cooker, washing machine, under counter fridge and Coffee machine. Shops, Restaurants/Takeaways, Pubs are 10 minute drive to Mallaig or Arisaig.

After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel comfortable wnd relax! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. After exploring and observing all aspects of Skye, we were fortunate to discover a unique location for it. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are：

A cosy wee house set peacefully amongst the hills.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

The Barn - Luxurious Self Catering In Ardfern

Over three years we converted this ruined barn into our home. From the start we knew that it was too special to keep purely to ourselves, and always planned to share it with others. Located in a quiet glen just one mile from the village of Ardfern, the barn is close enough to the well stocked local shop, post office and pub, for convenience, but also remote enough to feel completely surrounded by the majestic beauty of Argyll.
