Tiny house holiday rentals in Arkansas River

I booked this trip after a heavy season of life hoping to rest and enjoy the natural beauty of New Mexico. The cabin provided me all of that and more. The ranch is stunning, the bed afforded me the best sleep in years, and the price is unbeatable. Four wheel drive and high clearance is definitely needed to reach the cabin (I got a good price on a ram at the Santa Fe airport hertz). Carla’s home instilled me with a sense of peace and closure I did not know was possible. If you are contemplating staying here, do it.

Everything was great with the exception of one issue. There was a miscommunication between the hosts and the cleaning service so the place hadn’t been cleaned when we checked in. However, the hosts responded immediately and quickly solved the problem. Obviously, things can go wrong, and issues can come up. It’s great to know you can count on these hosts to take care of any issues quickly. It was our 2nd stay here, and we’ll come back again.

Stayed for 2 nights. The first day was wonderfully relaxing. Got to get away. William let me borrow his propane grill, and I had a little bbq on the deck of the cabin. The pond was a beautiful sight out of my window. I loved how dark it was in the evening. Day 2 I hiked down(!) the trail. There is a reason for the exclamation mark. Not a bad walk for a regular hiker, but coming up will be a challenge for someone a bit out of shape. Take your time. Never got to get to the pool, but it looked bet clean! I will be back if allowed! Andrew and Yesenia’s place is amazing!! They are some of the nicest friendliest people we’ve met! We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The dark skies with all the stars are incredible and unlike anything we’ve ever seen. Inside the space is clean and homey. Fun decor and so many books and magazines to look through. It was the perfect spot to go relax and reset. We cannot wait to go back again someday!

We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The place was peaceful and clean. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the board games. Julie was welcoming and responsive. We hope to visit again!

Claire and Myke were great hosts! Claire gave us accurate directions to navigate around bridges that were covered with water. Very responsive and came to check in on us when we arrived. Dockley Ranch is a very beautiful and peaceful place. We enjoyed the cabin and hiking the trail. My kids especially enjoyed columbine falls before our road trip home. I would definitely bring the family back to stay here again. Thank you Claire & Myke!

Very cool remote and off grid cabin. If you're looking for a true Ozark experience, don't hesitate, beautiful surroundings and wildlife, deers everywhere, great fire pit, awesome trails to hike in the woods, and super friendly host. Bring your own supplies, enjoy a few days of relaxation, and get back in touch with nature. Will definitely try to come back.

We had such a great, relaxing time. The cabin had everything we needed. The pond was so peaceful to sit by at sunset! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The setting was beautiful with horses out the huge windows and the sunsets were amazing. Becky was so sweet and responsive and “Poppy” was the perfect hostess! It made our Palo Duro Canyon excursion just perfect.

Marcus and Amy’s bunkhouse is the perfect spot for a quick retreat. The bunkhouse itself is extremely comfortable and clean. The surrounding property - the water, trees, trails, tall grass areas - were beautiful. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the cabin and enjoyed seeing the black bears come out every day. The view from the deck was amazing. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do in the area. It was nice to be out in the country but still only 15 minutes from town.

Great communication and responsiveness from Brittany. Instructions were clear and the place was easy to find. Very peaceful private setting but close enough to easily do things in Eureka Springs. Staying in a caboose in the woods with an awesome hot tub, what more could you ask for!

This place was definitely worth it! So peaceful and got to enjoy the beauty of nature while drinking my coffee!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed two nights. This was such a wonderful and, relaxing experience. The Cottage was true to it's name and was absolutely adorable! The location was exactly what we were looking for; quiet, slightly remote but, close enough. Highly recommend 5/5 😊

I have nothing but good things to say about this property, and the host. I travel a lot and this may be the smallest place that I have stayed in, but it has more than enough room and the space is extremely comfortable. It's also very simplistic, but has everything that I needed. Rachel was responsive before, during and after my stay. And finally, it's very private, very peaceful and a great location to hiking trails, which is my passion. Thank you for having me!

Such a beautiful place. Loved staying there for our anniversary. We brought our 18 month old and he had a hayday looking out the windows. Will definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time this last weekend!! It was a weekend for celebrating my wife’s birthday and Father’s Day, my wife and I arrived to find a bouquet of flowers for her birthday and a steak and beer with a thoughtful card for me for Father’s Day, and a perfect clean cabin for us to stay in. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need. To say the hosts go out of their way is an understatement. We had a great time hanging around the fire pit, enjoying the nature surrounding the cabin. We even had a momma doe and her twins come down the hill for a little bit. We also enjoyed our morning (when it wasn’t raining) on the deck overlooking the water. It would have been 100% perfect if only the rain would have held out! Lol we will be back!! Thank you for everything!

This place is perfect! It was quite warm during our stay (June 90 outside) so inside was rather warm BUT there is so much to do outside, you don’t want to go in anyways. The outdoor shower is the best! The special French press coffee machine and old time stove made feeding my assembly line of a family… not so much work but rather fun to do. We loved it there. Thanks for the great views and special memories. De plugged for our family vacation and it was everything my heart needed!!!

This place was perfect, couldn’t have been better. The cabin has everything you would possibly need. (Games, full kitchen, bbq, washer/dryer). One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed and very private and quiet. I would 100% stay again! Perfect for a nice getaway close to the lake!

This was our second time staying at The Spring House and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Peaceful and scenic. The hosts are very responsive as well. We can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely beautiful!! We had a very relaxing trip, it was quiet and peaceful. The view was beautiful from the deck and The hot tub was a very nice touch. Loved that we could bring our two dogs with us. They loved bird watching and all the squirrels. The yurt was so cute and clean. Melissa thought of everything and her hospitality was grand. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

My 2nd time renting with David and it was just as great as the first! Super nice guy and the place was awesome!
