Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

The property is a 160 year old cottage that we personally renovated, preserving the old features coupled with modern facilities, super fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Relax in your very own outdoor terrace, complete with firepit BBQ and an Ooni pizza oven for something different!

This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.).
