The house is located near the church of Ahavnavank from the 11th century, an ancient place with a special atmosphere of peace and history. This is a house with one of the most beautiful views in Dilijan, located on a plot of 3400 m². The stone house is designed for privacy, quiet and complete relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.
