Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

Guests can make use of the outdoor fire pit, hammocks, slackline, board games, and other game equipment. Please note that the bathroom and outdoor kitchen are shared. Everything else is thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and enjoy nature.
