We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean and well-presented everything was. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the amenities to the lovely little touches around the home that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect winter escape for our family, cosying up by the fireplace was a highlight. The communication with Sarah was seamless, friendly and responsive. We’re already dreaming about another visit in summer so we can make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly, an absolute gem!

Highly recommend this stay. Such a beautiful large house great for lots of couples. Has all of the amenities you need and nice and close to the main town. House was very responsive and also offered us a late check out which was nice.

this house was amazing for our three active families! there was a pool, table tennis, futsal, air hockey and then in the extended back yard a play ground, sand pit, cricket pitch, soccer, footy, tennis and an aquatic centre. A short drive we had the beach! too much to do and too little time. The loving and dining spaces were top notch. We loved this house!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. Trudi was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end - top notch hosts!!! Cannot wait to get back. Lovely house in great location

Absolutely beautiful location and amazing property. We came down for the Avalon airshow and were lucky enough to come across this property. Absolutely beautiful and even has a fantastic theatre area with a huge screen, projector and surround sound system with speakers installed in the roof for a brilliant cinematic experience. Showers (which I know is always important) are fantastic and not just a dribble of water....strong pressure and the hot water never ran out so can assume gas. The very spacious kitchen features a fantastic island bench and 2 ovens. All the bedrooms were large and quiet. Sally was absolutely fantastic and always engaged in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience.

We arrived at the accommodation at the scheduled time, around 3:00 p.m. We were a group of eight, and on the day of check-in, according to the information provided by Ben, we successfully got the key and entered the room. The windows in the house are clean, and the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very tidy. The storage room is stocked with plenty of coffee, tea, and cooking seasonings, making you feel like you're back at home. The cutlery and cooking utensils are complete and clean, very convenient, and sufficient for a dozen people to prepare meals. It was cold on the night of check-in, and the room was well heated and very comfortable! Considering the actual usable area of the house, the fee charged by Ben is very reasonable and worth it! We are a small golf team that often spends a few days staying and playing in various places. Ben's house is a very desirable place for us to stay. We will definitely visit again in the future. One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

Vanessa was friendly and helpful before during and after our stay. A gorgeous little cottage on a lovely peaceful property so close to everything but feels far enough away to just wind down. Had fun visiting the farm animals and relaxing outside by the gum trees.

We felt right at home and at peace the minute we arrived. Despite miserable weather on our arrival, it didn’t dampen our experience in any way - it was a wonderful place to decompress and just enjoy a slower pace, and our young girls were ecstatic to play upstairs and in the yoga studio. A home away from home. Beautiful interior. Luxurious beds. I slept so well. House is within walking distance to local cafes. PS: There was cold snap on day 1 - Olivia turned the heating on so I would arrive to a cosy home. She considers the small details!

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s place! Everything was clean and beautifully styled - walkable to shops and the beach which we loved!

My family and I regularly visit the beautiful surf coast. Our usual Airbnb was already booked out so we tried Jo’s place this time and very much enjoyed our stay. Large, clean, comfortable home that is well positioned to get into Geelong (via car or train) and only a 20 minute drive down to the coast. Jo was very prompt with her communication and addressing a couple of little things during our stay. She also kindly allowed us a later checkout which was very much appreciated.
