Need a place to sleep in the center of Arnhem? Vacation home De Oude Oever is what you are looking for! In our house with private access, you will find a bedroom, bathroom, storage room for bicycles and a living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave (note! no stove). Right in the city center, so all amenities are within walking distance. There is plenty to do in and around Arnhem. Wonderful cycling on the Veluwe, shopping, a city walk or a panoramic view from the church tower.

Sfeervol en licht jaren ’30 woonhuis met drie slaapkamers. Deze karaktervolle woning biedt alle comfort voor maximaal zes personen, twee ruime badkamers en twee volledig uitgeruste keukens. Op iedere verdieping bevindt zich een apart toilet. Geniet van het groen in de omgeving, of ontspan in de voortuin. De woning ligt centraal, op loopafstand van het station en het centrum, en nabij uitvalswegen. Must see:Park Sonsbeek, Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe, de Veluwezoom/Posbank, het GelreDome (2 km).

Villa De Laak is available again. The stately Villa "De Laak" was built around 1835 and is located on the old route between Arnhem and Nijmegen. De Laak has been inhabited by our Bugter family for 4 generations. The historic village of Elden is surrounded by the Arnhem districts but has retained its village character with a cozy village square where some restaurants and terraces can be found. The conservatory overlooks the grape field. The private terrace and garden offer peace and privacy.

Fully furnished apartment. The ground floor features a fitted open-plan kitchen, living room, and toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available. Er is de mogelijkheid om in de woonkamer de banken om te toveren tot 2 comfortabele bedden. Er is een gordijn geplaatst tussen de woonkamer en keuken voor de privacy. Welkom in mijn fijne huis in Arnhem! Normaal ontvang ik alleen gasten in één kamer met 2persoonsbed, maar op bepaalde dagen stel ik mijn hele huis open. Het huis is licht, rustig (het ligt aan een voetpad) en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is - 1 slaapkamer met 2pers bed, 2 slpks met een 1pers bed plus een campingbedje voor een baby/peuters. - een badkamer met bad, douche en toilet (foto in andere adv), - een apart toilet beneden - een voor- en achtertuin.

The ground floor of the house is suitable for the disabled. Downstairs, there is a bedroom, with a double bed, and also the shower and a toilet are on the ground floor. The upper floor includes a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a toilet and a sink on the upper floor. Parking is free and sufficient. Spacious outdoor seating. Washing machine, dryer and air conditioning are available on the ground floor.
