We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. The apartment (about 42 square meters) has a balcony that offers magnificent views over the mountains. It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and tobogganing are possible.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

We offer two complete, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower bath with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.
