This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. @sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

Welcome to my Apartment! October 2025 we installed electric blinds for the balcony doors and In Summer 2022 we added air conditioning in the master bedroom and replaced the mattress with higher end comfy Viscoelastic model, Pillows too. The big pine tree visible in the balcony has been removed in 2025 now offering full clear views! In Oct-Nov 2020 the apartment received a major upgrade improving the interior design for your convenience.
