It is an accommodation with three rooms: bedroom, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Entrance totally independent from the main house. It also has a private garden with comfortable seating to the outdoors. The apartment is very bright. It is located in a very quiet area of Costa Teguise. There is always parking available. You can walk to different beaches in 15 minutes and to the center where you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ... It is a beautiful area of trails.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Don't give up being in a central area, it is located 10 minutes from the center of Arrecife and the beach of El Reducto on foot, it also has nearby restaurants, takeaway food services, supermarkets, hospital, taxi and bus stops. We, the owners, do the reception, which is why we will receive you from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you arrive later, ask us about availability and the extra charge that would apply

We set up our charming apartment “Villa Marina” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and private indoor patio along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mat, towels and umbrella. As a garden house nestled between palm trees and fig trees, is the "Little Paradise", a real hideaway for lovers (adults only). Through the large panoramic windows you are completely surrounded by nature and yet on your own. Even from the bathroom you can step into a separate garden and the stars glow through the skylights at night.
