The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

Welcome, to Arruda House in the center of Ponta Delgada! With total privacy, comfort and a cozzy garden to your relax. Bring your pet and your child. You can choose the room upon arrival. AH is at 2 minutes walking for a grocery, with local products. 5/10 minutes to the main center, botanic garden, shops, bars/restaurants, museums. Ponta Delgada is a beautiful 5-century-old town by the sea. By car, at a glance wonderful nature, beaches, trails and thermal baths!

This typical fully remodeled house is located on the north coast of São Miguel Island, in Porto Formoso. It has a large terrace with a wonderful front view of the sea. Moinhos Beach is a 10-minute walk away and the village of Porto Formoso is 15 minutes away. There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the city of Ribeira Grande - 10 km away - has a supermarket and many other shops. Several tourist attractions nearby (Furnas, Santa Bárbara Beach, Gorreana Tea).

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
