Very nice house to live in. Perfectly equipped and very well located. Angelique is very responsive and had prepared a nice basket with local specialties. Very nice touch. We'll be happy to go back.

When traveling I like a clean, well equipped accommodation, pleasant and helpful host and good location. Marie- Pierre’s home surpassed all of this. The accommodation was immaculate with all the home comforts you could wish for and so much space to relax inside or out. Marie- Pierre’s was so helpful from the beginning, responding almost immediately and regularly providing helpful information. On arrival she met us and explained everything, ensuring we made the most of our stay. The location is perfect for beach tour and visit to Bayeux, with private parking. On our last morning we had chance to say personal goodbye and thanks for everything Marie- Pierre’s had done to make our stay just perfect. You can probably tell we would have no hesitation in returning and recommending the property knowing such a professional and personal host is on hand to make sure you have the best stay possible. Thank you from us all and hope to meet you again.

A pleasant stay in this old farmhouse renovated in the spirit of shabby chic. The room is spacious and the bedding comfortable. Floor tiles bring a charm to the place. Valerie's welcome is excellent and attentive . A squeezed orange juice is served for breakfast. It's very good value for money.

We had a lovely stay at Pierre's. The apartment is lovely, nice very well-equipped kitchen, right in the city center and a short walk to the beach. Ideally located for people interested in visiting the beaches and museums of the Allied Landing. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. Clean. Efficient concierge service. I recommend it.

We loved our 3 day stay at Elisabeth’s place, with great restaurants, shops and sights all just a short walk away. It was the perfect location from which to explore the WWII sights and having secure parking for our car was an added bonus. We had a charming room on the top floor of Elisabeth’s beautiful house, with a private bathroom just across the hall that was no issue whatsoever. Everything was exactly as listed. It was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioner and fan provided, but we kept the window open all night as it was very quiet. I highly recommend taking the 12€ breakfast option—French toast with maple syrup among other fresh, healthy and tasty options.

Beautiful new apartment on the first floor of a fully restored building. Very friendly owner; everything you need to have a great stay a few minutes from Arromanches and the landing beaches. Parking for our motorcycle at the foot of the stairs. Fitted kitchen/excellent bedding including sofa bed/WiFi/TV... Thank you for the cookies and coffee capsules. Recommended.

My family of 4 loved staying here. It was very clean and accommodating. Loved the bonus of having a washer and dryer, along with a nice book of recommendations from Claire. Claire was very responsive and friendly. The area was quiet and also within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and things to do. I would definitely book this home again when in the area next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Villa Bellevue and Arromanche is a perfect location for exploring Normandy. The villa is filled with historical charm and located directly on Gold Beach. It is literally steps away from some very nice restaurants, shops and museums. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and loved playing on the beach and wathing the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine from the porch. The villa had plenty of space when we all wanted to be together. While there are only 2 bathrooms, each bedroom has its own sink, which was a great feature. Of note, all of the bedrooms are located on the upper 3 floors, and the spiral staircase is tight. The stairs were accurately depicted in the photos so we were aware before our visit and it was not a problem for us. However, it could be a challenge for those with mobility issues (or large/heavy luggage). Our host was proactive with communications and super responsive to questions . We all greatly enjoyed our experience at Villa Bellevue and hope to return again.
