Holiday rentals with a pool in Arronches

The homestead is truly an ex-libris from the Marvão region. Those who seek tranquility with all comfort and wrapped in the magic of the climate of the Serra do Alentejo, here you can enjoy an unparalleled peace. The house is super comfortable, well equipped and with all the requirements met to spend a few days with family or friends. The very spacious bedrooms all with well-equipped living room and kitchen, an unobstructed outdoor space with plenty of shade, and a generous pool always useful on hot days. All this in the middle of many fruit trees and with the mountains serving as a postcard. With regard to the hostess, Inês, was always very kind, worried that we would feel at home and always ready to help with any questions. Definitely an experience to repeat.

We had a great experience during our stay. A very peaceful space (we only had the company of goats and sheep☺️), our dog walked freely and we followed Daniel's suggestion to go to the beautiful stream near the house. I must mention that Daniel was very friendly and helpful during our stay. In short, I highly recommend it for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to return to ☺️

We were just passing through, and only spent one night at Maria’s place. But we were glad we did ! We had a very warm and personal welcome from Maria and Jose. They showed us around and we had a very friendly conversation. And to top it off : the swimming was great to relax after a full day of travel 🙂. Highly recommend !

Carlos and Isabel are exceptional hosts. Having had health problems during our stay, they were very effective and reassuring for our medical follow-up. The house is very well arranged with a lot of taste, a lot of equipment and linen. All exceptionally clean. And all this in a very beautiful environment. It's like being at home, with a vintage stereo and its own quality vinyl. It's a real Airbnb where you are greeted not by a key box but by a warm couple who know how to be discreet. We really enjoyed the space. It's exactly like the pictures. Family atmosphere with surrounding animals and very green space, super nice. Very calm and without confusion.

Everything was impeccable, everything very tidy, there was a little dust in the living room, but nothing too much, what can be improved is the room that has a double bed and the bunk bed, put in an air conditioner, because it was not possible to sleep in the room with the heat that was there. Otherwise, we liked the stay, we had two children, and they were given food to feed the ducks and chickens that the accommodation had! Very good!

What a wonderful stay we had at Sonia and Rui’s house. It was very well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were both very responsive, helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet with nice neighbours. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the lake, a barbecue, and the house itself is very spacious. The village shop is a short car journey, which is well stocked. We travelled mostly to Tomar (approximately 20 mins by car) where there are a fantastic range of larger supermarkets and restaurants. The direct water access was absolutely fantastic for us, and we spent most of our time on the water/at the lake. The launch itself is a short drive away, but not an issue to get to. The access to the lake is fairly steep, but walkable/accessible. Our 3 year old managed this fine, and couldn’t wait to go swimming in the lake everyday. There is also a shared condominium pool, and was quiet during our stay. We were sad to leave, but will be back!

we hope to come back were super helpful my kids loved the jacuzzi the atrifiao even put the hotter water we really love it and the super friendly and helpful atrufies just having been one night we hope to come back with more time

We attended Pepi and was super friendly and nice. We gave sheets, she asked us even if we preferred another apartment so that we were more comfortable. He brought us firewood and recommended places to see in Alburquerque, dinner and breakfast. Totally recommended to go for breakfast at Rodeo which is next door.

The house has a fabulous situation, with excellent views of the Dam and a cozy balcony even on rainy days. The fact that we can even park the door helps with luggage. And the surrounding area is really nice, with an excellent swimming pool and the dam itself, both good for refreshing baths, which the heat here tightens in the summer... The owner was very friendly and available for any request from us.
