The apartment is located in a peaceful area, with a garage and everything you need nearby — a supermarket, fruit and veggie shops, terraces and great restaurants. It looks like in the pictures and description. The walk to the beach is really easy and goes through a beautiful park. For sure I will recommend it to my friends who will visit Benalmadena!

I spent a month at Manuel’s place, half working remotely and half vacation and it was wonderful. The apartment is close to the beach, bus, shops and markets and equipped with almost anything you will probably need. And Manuel is a great host, helped me with everything I needed and thus I felt like home during my stay.

We enjoyed the apartment and the attentions (wine, coffee, herbs etc) that were ready. The view was spectacular, the Aldi a few minutes walk, lovely swimming pools (the indoor pool was heated!) and everything was sparkling clean. An Uber taxi to the village (Pueblo) works well via the app and took us to nice restaurants. Or by Uber to the train station and from there we could go anywhere. Day trip to Marbella, Marina Benalmadena and the city of Malaga,m. This can just scan (in and out) with your bank card these days and get on the train. This location is really a recommendation if you like tranquility and occasionally look for the hustle and bustle. Thank you also for the good care and the quick response to questions via the app.

Just got back from an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, good quality furnishings, comfy sofa/beds, aircon in every room, powerful shower, fast internet. The area was perfect for us quieter in comparison to benalmadena seafront/marina area but still lots going on in terms of plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Maybe more of a Spanish feel as opposed to the tourist feel further down but still easily accessible around 15-30 walk for the beach/marina area. Things to consider, the area is quite hilly so people in wheelchairs or with heavy prams may struggle, but we were fine with a travel buggy. The apartment block was noisy at times but this is to be expected with a mix of residential/holiday lets and out of control of property managers. The property management company were amazing, very attentive always fast responses to any queries we had and possibly the best dealings we’ve had with any property managers on our travels. Overall 5*.

We highly recommend! Gabriella was a very good host and helped us when we encountered difficulties. The apartment is very nice, the only negative point is that the pool reserved for the building was not accessible which forced us to use the others because we are not in summer. The residence is facing the sea and there is a magnificent view from the balcony! We especially recommend spending a few days in peace and sun. But the city is not made for young partygoers (there are few bars and even fewer clubs)

Super apartment in Benalmedina, lovely views across the marina, right next to fabulous restaurants and bars. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings enjoying a coffee in the sunshine. Would recommend.

We were looked after from start to finish, with flexible check in times, local recommendations, clear simple instructions and super quick help when there was an issue with the water. Benalmadena was such a fun holiday for our little family and staying in the partment made us feel right at home. We would all definitely book again!

Apartment was indeed amazing! Just like on the photos: all is neat and clean, and the view is splendid with beach only 5 minutes away. There's everything inside that we needed for a perfect vacation stay. Eduardo is a very friendly and helpful host, highly recommend this location!

Excellent apartment, nicely decorated, very clean and fresh. Everything was perfect, from the nice big shower to the very comfortable bed. Gus was very helpful and kept us fully updated when it came to chekcing in. Will be staying here from now on when we visit.

My husband and I had a great week at Alberto's apartment. We felt right at home and the spectacular sea view is simply fantastic. In addition, you could walk to the authentic village (15 min.) and eat delicious food. We found the location of the apartment perfect because you are far away from the hustle and bustle by the sea. Alberto was also very attentive and if we asked for an extra blanket, for example, it was still concerned the same day. We found the apartment even more beautiful in person than in the photos. So we'll definitely go back.

Perfect place to stay! Everything was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was peaceful, and the space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions and useful tips that made our stay even smoother. Would definitely recommend and come back!

A very comfortable stay, with good amenities. Quiet of an evening for a good night’s sleep, and water in the fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch.

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

The place is gorgeous with a wonderful balcony overlooking the coastline. Our only gripe would be the very noisy bed! It was very squeaky which led to interrupted sleep but Nicole assures us they’re getting a new bed so it shouldn’t be an issue going forward! It was also very easy for my aunt to get to us as she lives 2mn drive from the place so we’ll definitely be staying there again in the new year. Once the bed is replaced, would highly recommend!
