We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

We had a great stay at Håkon’s house for our 1-day trip to Bergen. The house is located on a relatively quiet street, which mostly has pedestrian and bike/e-scooter traffic. This also means that there is no parking options right next to the house, however, we found several parking options close by, so this turned out to not be much of an issue for us. The house was clean and comfortable and featured all the amenities we would usually expect. When considering this house, please be aware that all bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs going up to these are steep - hence, if anyone in the group has walking difficulties, this could be a problem. Otherwise, we would fully recommend this house to other people traveling to Bergen.

We had a great holiday staying at Katerina's apartment. lovely walks nearby, good bus links into Bergen and supermarkets nearby. both Katarina and Jarle were great sources of information and very attentive. Thank you.

Very nice private place on the Norwegian fjords, city centre easy accessible by car. Perfect place looking for those who appreciate quietness !

Beautiful cabin just south of Bergen. Easy to drive to Bergen for daily activities. There is a grocery store close by with many options.

It was very interesting to live in such a "pocket house". Small but very comfortable. Stairs to the bedroom are steep, more like a ladder. Several buses go directly around the corner to the center. It takes about half an hour to walk to Bryggen. Beautiful walk with a view of the sea.

Imelda has been an amazing host and the Airbnb was very nice and clean. The heated pool and the sauna was amazing after a late night swim in the Fanafjord. Imelda was very accommodating and knowledgeable, she also responded quickly to any questions we had. A bonus surprise was; We asked if we could use some of the fishing stuff and they brought kayaks the following morning to explore with. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Camilla's place. We were pleasantly surprised by the small welcome gifts upon arrival and an additional mezzanine space that was not mentioned in the listing and allowed each of our 3 children to have their own private room. The house is well located (not too far from the city center by public transport and close to the castle park, supermarkets and walks recommended by Camilla ). Spacious and renovated house a little quick but pleasant. Thank you Camilla

Otherwise is a perfect host who is helpful and very flexible. I was allowed to use the boat and even the Hings (boat as indicated for a fee). Beautiful location for walks and (for me especially) fishing (cod, pollak, Leng, squid, scarf and even a shark).

After a nightmare experience with our last Airbnb in Alver, Marte was able to accommodate us last minute, worked out perfectly. We were much closer to Bergen, and could use the bus to get in and out of town (bus 12 or 19), which ran every 10 minutes into downtown area. Bus stop was literally in front of her apartment. We were a 5 minute walk from Coop market to pick up supplies, and she gave us a parking permit to use, so we got to park right in front of the building. We were on 5th floor with striking views of the harbor and surrounding mountains. Full kitchen, combo washer / dryer, 2 brs, one with a convertible sofa, one with double bed, nice sectional sofa & smart tv. Did have issue with tripped circuit from dishwasher, and neighbors were a bit loud one day, but otherwise we had a great stay. The bed pillows were a little skimpy, gave her feedback to get a few more. Note she lives there full time so limited closet & refrigerator/ freezer space. Enjoyed our stay very much!

When I first booked Jon Olav’s apartment, I was worried that maybe its location is too far from “the action.” What a mistake. It is hard to believe that there could be a more desirable location for tourists than the Nøstet neighborhood in which this home resides. Home facades as colorful as any in Bergen nestled along a fun labyrinth of narrow cobble-stoned alleys. Almost no bustle of shoppers, other tourists, bargoers, rowdy students, or car/truck traffic passing through. Yet the hilltop and architecture views, intimate boutiques, shopping malls, Fløyen, museums, restaurants, music venues, even the university – all are within 10-15 minutes walk. The apartment has an optimally efficient layout and very modern appliances. The kitchen was clearly outfitted by a cooking enthusiast. Knives were sharp, pots/pans were high quality and there were plenty of food storage containers. Truly one of the best AirBnB layouts and locations my husband and I have ever experienced.

Rene's place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and bathroom were rather new and modern. The bedroom space was sufficient for two people each and suitcases, etc. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet but provided easy access to old Bergen (Bryggen) and the harbor. We enjoyed our stay.

This rental was perfect for two adults staying four nights - and looked exactly like the photos - in one of the best locations in Bergen (quiet neighborhood that is close to everything, including the train station and light rail stop). This is spacious enough for a shorter stay, with separate spaces for sleeping, eating/relaxing, and an efficient kitchen and bathroom. We were able to do laundry and cook some meals with ease. Torstein, the host, is amazing with communication and responding to any issues that may arise. Seriously, do not hesitate to book this rental!

Birte was concerned about making our stay unforgettable, we arrived very late in Bergen and she changed the check-in method to be able to get the key. He left us a welcome, with all the details of the house. Birte and Sindre's house is really beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the water is very hot. I'd really come back again.

Wonderful location for a truly Norwegian holiday experience away from the crowd. We absolutely loved our staying and would like to be back soon. Very recommended.
