Such a lovely home, the pictures do not come close. Special shoutout to the host for clear instructions on how to get there and for recommending a great chef that made our stay amazing. The house, the pool and the gardens, are all really clean and my toddler had so much fun. Will definitely be a repeat family destination.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home at Maji ya Chai, Ngurdoto. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, and ensuring I had everything I needed. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the neighborhood felt calm and quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and seamless Airbnb experience close to nature. We had an amazing stay at Oisso Apt! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the ambiance was just right for relaxing and unwinding. The little thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, made all the difference.

This quiet house was just what we wanted after competing in the Arusha Masters Swimming event. It was quiet, simple, clean and the staff from the lodge next door so very helpful. We cooked some meals in and others ordered from next door - hot tea early morning too! Birds in the garden - lovely greenery and easy to find. Simple and clean.

si vous avez besoin d'un séjour reposant, c'est l'endroit idéal ! Le cottage est très bien agencé, très spacieux, la petite piscine est très agréable quand le temps le permet. Les trois chiens présents dans la propriété sont très sympathiques 😊 Ghikas et Mariam sont très réactifs ! Ils nous ont aidé à trouver des transports à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Pour le côté pratique voici quelques précisions que j'aurais aimé savoir avant mon départ : - un petit mall est près de la propriété, une grosse demi heure à pied donc l'idéal est de prendre un tuktuk, pour quelques dollars. Vous y trouverez plusieurs petits restaurants et une grand supermarché. - une petite cuisine est disponible dans le cottage, pensez donc à prendre de quoi cuisiner 😁 PS: Miriam je crois avoir oublié mes chaussettes sur place, sorry 🥹

I had a great stay! The host is absolutely wonderful very responsive to any queries and, together with his team, goes out of his way to make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet environment to relax, this is definitely the place for you. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. That said, it’s worth noting that the location is a bit far from town. So if you’re someone looking for easy access to the hustle and bustle of city life, this might not be ideal. However, if you value tranquility over proximity to town, you’ll enjoy it

This home always feels like home. Well kept, everything works and right in the middle of town with access to various amenities. Aida is super responsive and super friendly. Lucy is heaven sent and very knowledgeable and helpful too as a caretaker. I would go back again and again.

Amazing place to stay! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host is super responsive and proactive. The gardener during daytime and the night guard are really kind and welcoming. The fact that we are able to do our own washing in the laundry room is definitely a plus! We had a little water issue which was solved super quickly. The host came to check within a couple of minutes and even refunded some amount for the inconvenience, which was really appreciated. We will stay here again! For sure!

Wij verbleven 6 weken in allergra haar huis en vonden het fantastisch. Het ligt in een rustige wijk met een prachtige tuin. We voelden ons ook heel veilig. Rama is degenen die erop toeziet dat de gasten krijgen wat ze nodig hebben. Zo vroegen we een blender en die kregen we, hij zorgde voor ons transport en wees ons de weg naar de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt. 1 keer vergaten we de sleutel binnen en ook daar had hij een oplossing voor. De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam in Tanzania. Arusha heeft heerlijke temperaturen en door de hoogte koelt het goed af in de nacht. Het is er ook zo groen en met massa’s prachtige bomen. Wij vonden hier een 2de thuis. Er is ook een huisdier, een schildpad die in de tuin rustig rondkruipt, wij gaven hem de naam Thomas en hij eet graag kool. :-) Bedankt voor het fantastisch verblijf!

To the Kenyans travelers especially- this place has 4 stand alone two bedrooms houses that can accommodate a big group with enough parking for min 8 cars. Its a km or two from the Arusha bypass road and just 300m or so from tarmac. The host is the friendliest i have encountered so far. I would highly recommend.

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

This place was great for our one night stay! It was walkable distance from the main city, and tuk-tuks were easy to hail down at the main road. Prosper was very communicative and allowed us to check out late bc we had big pieces of luggage that needed to be stored on the day of our check out. There were views of Mount Meru’s peak and the Bluetooth speaker was a fun little addition. Highly recommend!

We loved the stay with my family...the place is easily accessible with amenities and fun places close by. The residence is very well equipped plus super clean which made us feel so at home, the compound was quiet and felt safe. I loved the showers and the lighting......Am definitely going back the next time am in Arusha!!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, an der Straße und trotzdem sehr privat und ruhig! Wir haben Last-Minute gebucht und keiner war vorbereitet auf unser Ankommen, trotzdem hat man uns herzlichst begrüßt und sein Bestes gegeben. Das Haus ist schön, die Betten bequem und der Gastgeber hat sich dann auch gut um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

Amazing atmosphere.. In btwn a farm.. The sound of beds in the morning was just out of this world.. The fire in the night.. Great host, friendlier staff.. The place was cleaned daily, changed sheets and towels daily. Wouldn't look for another place, next time I'm inArusha

Our stay at Arusha Serene Oasis was short but sweet! A really gorgeous home with plenty of space for the 7 of us! We were only staying one night as we were catching a flight in the morning, but it had everything we needed and more! It was incredibly clean, and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was close to shops, as well as great bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again when back in Arusha!

Elizabeth was always responsive. When we checked in, her husband introduced himself and assured us if we needed anything he was just a call away. positives of the place * Very clean place. There was a cleaning lady who came everyday to ensure everything was spink and span. * There is a Bar outside the house, in the same compound which was very convinent for us to us. * There was a BBQ area, which could be used upon request. * The staff ( cleaner and the watchman) were very friendly. * We were able to cook meals, it was self contained, the beds were clean, always access to hot water. * All 4 bedrooms had a full washroom ( shower and toilet). * Beds were clean and toilets were clean, and the sitting room was very comfortable. * Access to wifi in the house, we could sign into Netflix. Disadvantages * It was a little dimmer in the house at night.

It was pleasure staying at Asella’s place. Lovely host. I’d stay there again. She was attentive to detail and went out of her way to ensure that our stay with our infant was as comfortable as could be. Her place is tastefully decorated and exactly as in the pictures.
