Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. The house is located in Burgundy in the heart of an exceptional rural and forest environment, in the center of a very quiet little village. With a capacity of 7 to 9 people, it offers an ideal setting of well-being and tranquility, for a romantic or family stay two hours from Paris, in the countryside, close to the vineyards of Sancerre, the Château de Guédelon and the Basilica of Vézelay.

The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
