Welcome to Nautaneset! Originally an old croft that is now used as a holiday home. The cabin is located undisturbed by Sævareidsfjorden with road all the way up. Here you get access to a charming old house, large green areas, good swimming opportunities, fishing opportunities and a boathouse with access to kayaks, fishing equipment, outdoor toys, fire pan and outdoor furniture. Outside the boathouse there is a large plot and a wood-fired hot tub. The area is child and animal friendly. Water from well, drinking water from tank.

Huset har 4 soverom pluss et rom med sovesofa. 2 stuer med tv, bad med badekar og dusjhjørne, ett Uteområde m/ boblebad / vedfyrt stamp og utemøbler Båt kan leies. 22 fot/6 personer (må forhåndsbestilles)

Gode buss forbindelser, 5 min å gå til bussen. Svaberg og stupebrett i kort gangavstand. Huset har en oppvarmet jacuzzi som man kan benytte seg av. Parkering rett utenfor huset. Det er 3 soverom. Soverom 1: Dobbeltseng (180cm) Soverom 2: (140cm) Soverom 3/kjellerstue: (160cm). Kan deles i 2 enkelt senger om ønskelig.

Exclusive cabin w/ boathouse, pier and boat rent.

The cabin has an exclusive feel, and consistently high qualities all around. There is a large parking facility connected, approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the cabin. The tenant can assist with transporting luggage to and from the cabin with an ATV for a fee. If you have a bag/ backpack walking is not a big problem. The cabin is located right by the water with easy access down to the boathouse and pier. There are opportunities to rent both, a small boat, or a large boat with a captain.

Bytte av buss på Åsane terminal. GRATIS PARKERING I SVINGEN NEDENFOR HUSET. Egen terrasse med jazzuci. Kodeboks er 1 m fra hoveddør. Leiligheten ligger nær sjø og turområder. Vi har en koselig katt som bor her. Hun er veldig kosete og nysgjerrig😺 Vi ønsker at gjester skal gi beskjed før de klager🙂

Nyoppusset bolig fra mars 2026. Boligen ligger vestvendt og har sol hele dagen, det er sjøutsikt hvor man ser båttrafikken til Bergen. Landlig og barnevennlig, men samtidig bare 15-20 min fra Bergen sentrum med bil. Busstopp 100 meter unna. Her får du en stor hage med flere sittegrupper, grill, pizzaovn, badestamp, bålpanne og 2 fiskestenger. A pearl by the sea.

Quiet and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city center. There is a shop-restaurant/pub and a great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically located close to the lake. Canoe can be borrowed and the fishing opportunities are good. The boat in the pictures can be used. We also have some bikes that can be borrowed. Excellent for anyone who wants a holiday in quiet surroundings. All cleaning is taken care of by the host
