For Non Smokers Brand New House on Perth Doorstep

This house is Brand New with central heating and cooling. It's 2- minute walk to a train station. Trains take you to Perth CBD in 7 minutes. Optus Stadium, Galleria Shopping Centre are nearby as are Coles and IGA, the “cappuccino” strip of Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley and Maylands along a dedicated walking and cycle path to most places.
