Modern house with amazing view and a nice outdoor area. Great sea view as far as the eye can see, and in the summer you have a lovely view to the midnight sun. The house is rented with 4 bedrooms, loft living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, living room and hallway. Outside there is a large deck with a fire pit, dining area, sofa group and sunbathing area. The hot tub is not rented. There is also a large outdoor living room that can be freely used. There are many great hiking opportunities in close proximity to the location and several great mountain roads you can use at Nøss.

This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, fireplace and an exclusive sauna. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.
