Boligen er lys og trivelig med gode vindusflater. Der er vakker panoramautsikt over sjø mot Bergen sentrum og omgivelser. Der er 3 soverom, og 2 store bad med polert natursteinsgulv. Kjøkkenet er 22 m2, har utsikt i tre retninger og direkte utgang til terrasse nr 1. Fra kjøkkenet er det åpen løsning til romslig stue på 45 m2 med glasskyvedør ut til terrasse nr. 2. Jeg ønsker helst at gjester vasker ut selv. Det beregnes rengjøringsgebyr på 2 000 kr, som refunderes hvis dere vasker ut selv.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Vaskemaskin tilgjengelig ved opphold på 14 dager+ Store uteområder med plattinger og plen, sol hele dagen. 25 minutters kjøring med bil til Bergen sentrum, og 25 minutters kjøring til Flesland flyplass. 7 minutters kjøring til Kleppestø kai med parkering og hurtigbåt /buss til Bergen sentrum.

Gripen gard: Cosy cottage with woodburning stove

Little cosy cabin with a woodburning cooking stove. Situated in the green with lovely wiew. The cottage has a small dobbel bed. In the cottage you can make your own food on the woodburning stove. It is not as difficult as is seems. It is a little compost toilet right outside the cabin. In the main room it is a lot of books, mainly about crafting. A sewing machine and a spinning wheel an be hired for use in the cottage.

From my home, you're treated to a captivating panorama: watch as cruise boats glide past, take in the view of the Hjeltefjords, and enjoy a distant yet clear view of Bergen's city centre. You have the prime location with two free parking spots and only a 15 minute drive to the city centre. It is also easy to access public transport by bus.
