A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. A stone's throw from the eternal hill, in the hamlet of Bois de la Madeleine, come and relax in a quiet and green setting. The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, a shower room with toilet and a garden with furnished terrace. We provide linens. The gîte is located in a white zone, without networks, but the "countryside" Wi-Fi will help you out.

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.
