A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
