Rosa was very kind and gave me a lot of tips for visiting tourist spots. The house was clean and the room was comfortable. It matched the photos on the portal, and there was no noise. The house is very well connected to public transportation.

Teresa was an absolute fantastic host. From the moment the booking was made until check out, Teresa’s communications and thoughtfulness was admirable and beyond expectations. Teresa was always on hand to provide advice and help, from restaurants, transport, local events etc, and very kindly invited us to join her and a friend at a local bar opening in the village. Teresa provided much needed help to arrange a taxi back to the airport which was greatly appreciated. Overall Teresa was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend anybody to stay at Teresa’s house. You will not be disappointed.

I had a really good time staying in Bilbao for 4 nights and 5 days..! The accommodation was tidy and the host was so kind, so it was nice. In the morning, you can have toast and make your own coffee with a moka pot. The bathroom was shared, but there was nothing too inconvenient. The location of the accommodation is not near tourist attractions such as the city center, the Guggenheim Museum, or the old town, but it was close to the subway station, so it wasn't a problem at all to get around, and it's actually 3 subway stations to the city center, so I don't think you have to worry about the location. Rather, it was nice because the accommodation was in a residential area, so I think it was an opportunity to see how the actual residents live. If you're planning to stay in Bilbao for a few days, I highly recommend it!
