Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aswan Governorate

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique. Très calme avec bons restaurants à proximité, très proche embarcadère également et petite épicerie. Hôte et personnel très aimables. Monsieur Amin facilite le séjour grâce à ses parfaites réponses à nos sollicitations. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner, délicieux, sur la terrasse avec belle vue (en sus). Nous étions en famille avec deux ados, 2 chambres de deux contiguës, très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Le seul appartement de haut standing trouvé dans Aswan. Arrivé le soir à 23h, l’hôte à réussi à nous préparer une journée pour Abu Simbel le lendemain pour 6h du matin. Je recommande!

房子很大，有4张床最多可住8个人，考虑到价格可以说是非常实惠，内部设施齐全，窗外是尼罗河景观。 位置便利，距离老瀑布酒店、努比亚博物馆等景点很近，不过需要注意的是民宿在一栋装修中的房子。 房东非常热心，帮我们拦截了死缠烂打的黑车司机，我们非常感激。

Short stay, but the apartment is centrally located and easily accessible. Everything is in proximity and in a quiet and safe street.

Host was very helpful from the beginning. Our flight arrived past midnight and still helped us arranging a taxi to pick us up and someone waited for us to let us into the apartment. The apartment was clean and big. Every room had AC which was nice after traveling the whole day. I recommend this host to everyone that is visiting Aswan!

Great stay. Close to busy city area. Huge 4 rooms with ACs. 2 bathroom. Also huge kitchen and living area. check in and out smooth..Also help me send us to cruise shop stop. really help us.

What I love with the unit is that there is air condition unit in the living room. And there are a lots of towel bath and a espresso machine. And it is near to the trains station too.

During my stay in Aswan, I had the absolute best time at Saif Ahmed’s guest house. What made it truly unforgettable wasn’t just the comfort or the beautiful surroundings—it was Saif himself. An elderly man with a heart of gold, Saif took care of me like his own son. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness. He made sure I was comfortable, well-fed, and felt like part of his family. It’s rare to come across someone so pure-hearted and selfless. Every day at his guest house was filled with peace, comfort, and connection. Whether we were sharing tea, exchanging stories, or simply enjoying the quiet beauty of Aswan, I felt completely at home. Saif, thank you for giving me some of the best and most memorable days of my trip to Egypt. I’ll carry your kindness and hospitality with me always.

My stay was wonderful as Elephantine Island is a calm retreat across the Nile from busy Aswan. My room had everything: A/C, a comfortable bed, great WiFi, a refrigerator, a clean bathroom with hot water, and a five-star host. From Aswan, it’s only a five-minute ferry ride to the island and a five-minute walk to the house. My host Saif did several walks with me to help me learn my way around to shops, cafes, and two docks whose ferries cross to different locations on the corniche. If you ask questions, he will be eager to share the Nubian heritage of his people who have occupied southern Egypt and northern Sudan as far back to 2,000 BC and earlier, and to arrange visits to Nubian temples that will impress you with their scope and detailed ornamentation that differentiates them from those elsewhere in Egypt though just as ancient. One thing that stood out to me was the kindness Saif shows not only to guests but everyone in his community —the children are very fond of him.

Fantastic place to base ourselves in Aswan. Saif was a great host and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms are clean and so is the bathroom. Hot water 24/7. There is a complimentary breakfast which we did not have since we left early morning but Saif made sure we had some coffee and toast before leaving. All in all a great stay. Thank you Mohammed and Saif for a wonderful time.

This is my second time staying at Islam's apartment. There was a minor issue during my vacation which is entirely my mistake and he went above and beyond to accomodate us and help us. I truly appreciated this. As always, it is a good apartment and has a good location but most importantly, Islam is an amazing host!

Simply an excellent choice for a stay in Aswan, stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed the island the guest house is located in. Placed is managed by two very kind gents: Saif and Mohammed, who were always happy to share local tips, and even food. Highly recommended!

if you want to have a great time stay at Ali ! he's the best man. I met him 10 years ago and I made a point of trying to find him again. and I was so lucky I did! his space is amazing, clean and well organised and Ali will take care of you like an old friend, showing you the best places, giving the best tips, giving advice how to save money.. he speaks very good English and he's very friendly. an authentic person in an authentic nubian village, so calm and so different from the city full of hassle. basically, it was amazing and for sure I will go back and stay at my friend Ali. don't miss the chance!
