Modern Apartment Close to the Beach.

All houses and balconies may be used as detached. Our apartment is 2+1 and it is 145m2. All house rooms are meticulously cleaned at guest exits, all hygiene environment is created. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, no noisy environments, please be careful as we have elderly neighbors in the building, it is forbidden to have a party. It is centrally located, walking distance to everywhere.

If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family. Atakum is in a great location under the tram stop at the bottom of the coast. Items are spotless and have everything you need. There is also an elevator in the apartment. There is internet in the apartment, 7/24 hot water. There will be no inconvenience you in the apartment.
