A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beaches, surrounded by the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our apartment, located in the luxurious Los Palacetes development, in El Paraíso Alto, featuring two fabulous swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free Wi-Fi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24-hour security service. A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) A 10-minute drive to Puerto Banus and 5 minutes to the beach, a large living room with an integrated kitchen, everything you need, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, with a porch exit to the three spaces. Space for a washer and dryer, porch and 70 m garden with access to the community pool of the development.
