I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

The site is perfect for moving between service sites (restaurants, supermarkets) there is the place! It is always about two or three blocks from everything, including transportation. The place is very efficient. That's why I like to go when they have availability!!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you

Excellent Airbnb, the loft is very well equipped with comfortable rooms, private bathroom and excellent view, also the building has a pool and gym available, Jean Carlos is an excellent host and is very attentive to guests, we travel for work, however it is also an excellent option for holidays, highly recommended 👍

Xavier’s place is a very good spot to stay! It’s located in a safe and convenient area, with a mall literally right across the street. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding neighborhood. Xavier was also very attentive and quick to respond whenever I had questions. The only thing I’d improve would be the toiletries in the bathroom, but overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

It is a spectacular apartment to enjoy with the family, very good sector, due to the building's policies you are not allowed to use the pool or jacuzzi areas if your stay is less than 20 days

Apartment was just like the photos and host was super responsive. I would like to say a special thankyou to Janet who was always close by and helpful. The only one bad thing (but I understand cos we are talking a country that occur problems in the street) “The Uber and PepidosYa couldn’t get to my door… so had to walk 20mtrs each time. I would stay there again.
