Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ataşehir

A clean apartment, good communication and sufficient facilities as described. It is about 1.5 km to the subway on foot, but there are different bus options.

My family enjoyed this neat and clean home like apartment. Though a steep ride to Istaqlal street but only 10 minutes in total if you walk slow. It’s 1.1 km but 200 feet height gain. Next to Sheraton and Cher hotel which has a big star bucks. Lots of diners and breakfast options on the road within 200-300 meters plain walk if you do t want to take steep hike. Grocery stores and my favorite Simit sarayi opposite to it. Parking in basement, steam and sauna, swimming pool of small but decent size add to the amenities. Apartment has washing machine, dish water and everything you need. Host was very nice and friendly. I come to Istanbul every other month so from here onwards, this will be my preference if I come with family.

We had a great week-long stay in this apartment in Istanbul. The flat was very clean, neat, and had everything we needed. It was a bit small but totally fine for three people. The location was perfect — quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and it’s just a short walk uphill to Taksim and Istiklal Street. Going downhill, you reach the promenade and Findikli stop with tram T1 and several buses - super convenient for getting around the city. Just be aware of the stairs in the area :) Selim was very welcoming, let us leave our luggage early, and even offered us an Istanbul card to refill and use. Arif responded quickly to messages and was very helpful, and organizing an airport transfer through them was super convenient. Overall, a lovely and smooth experience — if I return to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again!

The place was clean and cozy, exactly like the pictures. Stayed for only a week and had overall a good time. The bus station was close, getting to places was very easy. The hosts were really friendly and responded fast. Definitely recommend this place. Missing it already :)

Both Adam and Bora were excellent hosts! Very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed staying at their place for 10 days, super comfortable and cozy. It’s close and within walking distance to popular tourist spots. Plenty of coffee shops and markets close by as well. Will definitely be returning to stay at this place in the future. Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

Spent a week in Istanbul for tourism. Great apartment, very cozy and comfortable, has everything you need. The area according to the reviews is not quite favorable, but we did not feel it, since the apartments are on a row with large hotels and in a convenient transport accessibility: you only need to climb a little up the hill))) and you are almost to Istiklal. It will be my pleasure to recommend it to my friends.

Super apartment, nice gym and pool, everything was perfect!

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

We had a wonderful stay at Eyo’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Eyo was also very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend!
