Great location and house! Short walk to the beach access. The house was perfect for my family of 4! Highly recommend!

Carina and Bogdan are responsive for questions and allowed us to check in a little earlier upon arrival. The house was well maintained and clean.

Great place to stay. Lots of space for big groups, close to the beach, and quick car ride to AC. Glenn was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Mikhail's place was perfect! I had a birthday and booked the house for myself and my friends. I had some clarifying questions before booking and then before arriving about bedrooms (which floors things were on, what kind of beds there were) and parking and he responded quickly and accurately. The house is beautiful, it looks just like the photos. The main living room has plenty of space and the front and back porch as super roomy. It is really the perfect house for a large group. The jacuzzi is such a nice touch with room for 8 people - note that a separate daily fee is required to use it, I think it was $75. The home was beach block, steps to the boardwalk and a nice big beach that does not require beach tags. There was a garage (note that it can only fit a small vehicle like a sudan or hatchback) and there are two parking passes that come with the home, plus you can purchase an additional two passes in advance for $25 a day. I wouldn't change anything and I will come back!

Mark and his home really made our bachelor trip special. we loved every moment of it. house was perfect for what we were doing. right next to all the new casinos. highly recommend!

We LOVED this Oceanfront home!!! It was gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout. The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook meals, plus a massive grill outside that made outdoor cooking just as enjoyable. Who has 2 refrigerators? This house. Enormous beverage refrigerator and the other is the kitchen. (Great touch Nick!) The hot tub and pool were just steps from the bedroom—such a treat! Beds were super comfy and there were so many bathrooms, which made it perfect for our large group. No need to drive to downtown when you just need to walk 2 blocks to everything!! The outdoor shower was a favorite feature, and there were plenty of beach chairs and bikes for everyone to enjoy. This house is oceanfront with absolutely breathtaking views from morning to night. This place had everything. Nick was an amazing host and very responsive. The bar is set very high at Nicks place. You won’t want to stay anywhere else.

We had a great time here. The location is perfect for getting to Margate and Ocean City. The house was spacious and the expansive deck was a great feature right on the water.

This home is absolutely stunning. There’s nothing I would change about it. The attention to detail in every piece of the home was perfect. The indoor/outdoor space was great for summer nights going back-and-forth between watching TV and going into the private pool. Roseanne gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The location is walkable and in a section of town that is quiet yet close to everything you would need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are modern and the outdoor shower was the cherry on top (and there were two of them). It was clean, decorated beautifully, and I absolutely cannot wait to stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. It was amazing. Edward is super responsive. Great location to walk to many places. The house was very clean and the views were great with all the windows. It was the perfect spot for our family!!

What a wonderful stay! A very quaint home, with an easy walkable distance to the beach, and many local restaurants, shops and cafes. Cannot wait to stay again! Very peaceful outdoor area for relaxing and grilling ☺️

We would 100% book Jeffrey's place again! The space is bigger than it looks in the photos. The view of the ocean is beautiful and the condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. The host's communication went above and beyond and anything we needed was taken care of instantly. The beach is right across the street and everything else within a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We loved walking to Ola Kai gym in the mornings before heading to the beach. We had a great time at this beach house. There was a decent communal area and the place was immaculate when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive, usually within a few minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and some seasonings. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly but far from downtown. The house is a bit dated especially when looking from the yard and the walls are incredibly thin. It’s a good place for a hangout with friends and family. It’s a quintessential beach cottage.

We were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful property for our wedding weekend.... it was actually better than described! Beautifully decorated (loved the pineapple touches!) Linens and pillows were so high quality and comfortable. But... the top deck.... what a view! This property definitely had the "wow factor" that we wanted for our adult kids coming into town for the weekend. Kayleigh was so easy to work with. Five stars is not enough.... xoxo

The house was in a great location and super spacious for our crew which included four kiddos and a dog. Conveniently close to the beach and a short drive to Cape May.
