The living room windows slide over each other, leaving the balcony completely open to the sea. In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated Jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax with a book or a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean view. One of them is completely glazed, thus creating a spacious and bright area. The windows in the living room and the two bedrooms have automatic blackout blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the rooms are 150x190 with good, firm mattresses and memory foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The showers are walk-in and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area that is ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You'll be able to watch all the TV channels in your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa converts into a large bed measuring 160x200. The Wi-Fi is high-speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples, and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine, and Mediterranean lifestyle. Excellent location in one of the most popular areas of Torremolinos, known for its international, diverse, and inclusive atmosphere. No parties. The excellent beach is less than a one minute walk away. From the entrance you can access the open kitchen, living and dining area overlooking the oasis-like courtyard, which is attractively decorated with high-quality stone work. A small decorative pool (not for swimming) completes the cozy ambience. With a book in hand and feet in the cold water basin, you can relax and recharge your batteries on hot summer days. The bathroom with double shower and shower toilet is located on the first floor of the house. The two open bedrooms upstairs are each equipped with a queen-size bed under the cozy sloping ceiling. Each bedroom has direct access to the sun terrace with lounge furniture. A great night's sleep. You can hear the wind in the palm trees and the surf in the distance. Guests have access to all areas, as they rent the entire house. For all questions, we are reachable (mail and telephone) and have people on site who can look after the house and be helpful. Within 100 meters there are restaurants, bars, shops, rental of kayaks and paddle boarding and freshly caught fish are sold. Salema is a charming fishing village. From the beach, excursions by boat are offered. In the hinterland, the Monchique mountain range beckons with healing springs. Other activities include horseback riding, yoga, various water and amusement parks, water sports such as sailing, jet skiing or surfing. At Cabo de Sao Vincente you can experience wonderful sunsets.
