You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve the little breakfirst (5€). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Pleasant bed and breakfast in front of Lake Der.

You won't want to leave this room and its comfort necessary for your well-being, located in our family home and unique, facing just across from Lake Der and thus to get to the dike on foot to recharge. And to the delight of our 28-month-old Garance, we have a large terrace with a 6000 m² plot. Moreover, if you are a bird enthusiast, the cranes do us the honor of flying over our house and landing right across from it.

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center. There is a bus stop, with a bus every 15 minutes, 5 minutes from my home. I live in a building on the ground floor with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out before 8:30 a.m. I don't give out my keys. Be respectful, you are at our home and not at your home.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Gîte. Each accommodation has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.
