Close to the center in a residence that has just been delivered with a surface area of 87 m2 and a terrace of 11 m2 which has a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of Auron (South West). This family accommodation is close to all the sights and amenities, about 250 m from the central square. 46 m², large living room of 22 m², large south-facing balcony and parking in front of the building. Functional and completely renovated and refurbished by an architect in 2023, fully equipped. Abundant storage with built-in wardrobe. Beautiful materials (solid wood, Venetian stucco) to be respected, thank you!

Large studio in village house

The accommodation is close to the village square with all its amenities (bakery, supermarket, bar, kindergarten, tourist office...) and a 5-minute walk to the Pinatelle ski lift (connecting to the Auron ski area) and the lake. On the edge of Mercantour Park, St Etienne-de-Tinée offers many hikes from the village and surroundings. A 10-minute drive is enough to reach Auron resort and its many activities.
