Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! This amazing home was originally built in the late 1900's and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. All furniture and mattresses are new and plush and will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and flat screen TV allow for Netflix or App entertainment. There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

The house is really cute and located in a quiet, peaceful area surrounded by beautiful mountains. Kevin and Tina were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived late at night, and they checked in on us, even offering to go to the house to turn on the lights and meet us there. They also gave us a heads-up that the phone signal might be weak, so we connected to their Wi-Fi, which worked well. They thoughtfully prepared a welcome package for us, including a s'mores basket, sparkling drinks, popcorn, and coffee—such a nice touch! Communication with them was excellent throughout our stay. The house had plenty of space and enough beds to comfortably accommodate all 11 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay! We definitely will stay at their house again.

Great place let us check in early and was extremely accommodating as we were up there for a softball tournament. Quick to respond and very helpful. The house was extremely clean. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
