A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in your downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.
