The cabin is located 1 hour drive north of Bergen with a unique archipelago and fishing opportunities. The cabin gets sun from morning to evening and is in a secluded location. You can enjoy the tranquility outside under a canopy with a heat lamp if it rains. Shops, Kilstraumen, and Mastrevik Torg are a short distance away. Swimming from the jetty in a quiet cove. Hiking opportunities. Two double rooms and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Rental of fishing equipment, kayak, and tent is possible. Towels and bed linen can be rented for NOK 150 per person Cleaning after check-out costs NOK 600, or the tenant cleans themselves.

Unique waterfront vacation home – dock/swimming area

Unique vacation home right on the waterfront with its own jetty and swimming area. The cabin has 12 beds spread over two floors, an open living room and kitchen with a 180° lake view, a fireplace, and a TV. Private TV lounge on the 2nd floor. Main bathroom with shower and bathtub, guest toilet and laundry room. Conservatory/sunroom and large terrace with barbecue. Possibility to rent a boat (must be arranged in advance) and borrow a kayak to explore the area. Perfect for family and friends who want tranquility, marine life, and nature experiences.

Spring and summer are magical on Krossøy. With the beach right outside the patio door and opportunities for bonfires and nice walks. Light the fire in the fire pit. Another afternoon in the open boathouse, cooking some crabs and going fishing. A trip to Fedje or one of the other beautiful local hiking opportunities is recommended. See tips in other info and note. The cabin is newly renovated in 2016/17 In the nook, it's possible to set the long table 🫶 Summer 2025 was absolutely magical. 2026 is now also open for booking Welcome ☺️

Seaside cottage with sauna at Fosenstraumen in Austrheim

Welcome to a unique and secluded seaside cottage by beautiful Fosnstraumen in Austrheim Municipality. Here you can relax with the sea right outside the door, your own boat, a wood-fired sauna, and total silence. Fosnstraumen is known for its rich marine life and great fishing opportunities. Just nearby you will find the Stone Age Trail and a coastal landscape with islets, straits and beautiful hiking opportunities. The cabin is off-grid and powered by solar panels (limited power capacity), gas for cooking, shower and a combustion toilet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed. Large kitchen, bathroom and living room with fireplace. For an additional NOK 200 per day, there is 1 extra bedroom with double bed on the second floor, (note, unfurnished attic room). There is all kinds of kitchen equipment, dishwasher, microwave oven etc. Has a fireplace, and firewood is provided. There are nice hiking areas, fishing opportunities, a few minutes drive to the nearest store, short way to Mongstad industrial area.

Cottage / detached house - Austrheim

Magnificent views, no WiFi. Just over an hour's drive from Bergen. End of cul-de-sac. There are many built-up nature trails in the area and abundant wildlife in the sea. Sleeps 6-8 divided into 3 rooms. Please bring your own towels and your own bed linen (Can possibly rent privately). Hot tub available - wood fired. The cabin must be cleaned (including floor cleaning) after use. Cleaning may cost NOK 500. Shop, pharmacy, etc nearby Bikes and some fishing equipment are available. Refrigerator w/small freezer. 2 nights min

Lake cabin with sauna

The holiday and paddling paradise is located 1.5 hours by car north of Bergen in a fantastic archipelago. Paddling over sandy bottom and into coves and straits, as well as fishing awaits. Lyngheisenteret, Fedje or a trip to the store and pub in Bøvågen are nice excursions. Three kayaks are ready. Here is a dishwasher, washing machine. Sauna in the garden. Two double rooms with good beds, a small bedroom in the garden room. Lovely sheltered plot and own large bathing jetty. Waking up to the silence out here is soul-soothing.
