Corinne welcomes you to her charming cottage with pool in a charming wine village located 12 km south of Auxerre. Come and spend a peaceful stay in this cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people, with all the necessary amenities in an idyllic and rejuvenating setting, close to Chablis, Auxerre, Vézelay or the Nivernais Canal. The vineyards all around the village and several hectares of cherry trees, and other fruit trees are appreciated by walkers.

In the heart of the city center of Saint Florentin, our fully renovated and decorated cozy house, our small outdoor space is a real plus to enjoy sunny days ,you will have two bedrooms with two shower rooms and 3 toilets, 2 double beds in 160 for your best comfort, an equipped kitchen, a table for 4 people and a Tassimo for coffee. Air conditioning has been added to the upstairs bedroom to improve comfort during hot weather.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center and 2 steps from the Clock Tower. In this former mansion, located on the ground floor with its private terrace, you can enjoy the calm while being close to the liveliness of the city center. Completely renovated, this accommodation has a bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed for a stay for 2 or with family. (2 adults and 2 children)

The Moulin de La Ferté Loupière

This is a timeless rental! Alice and Lionel recently acquired an old mill, on the edge of the Ru de Bellefontaine, in the pretty little town of La Ferté-Loupière. Nestled in a garden surrounded by lush greenery, the mill is proud of its age, some five centuries! You will spend a quiet and relaxing stay, to the sound of the gentle lapping of the water, in the comfort of an old and rustic house.

House of ​approximately 120 square meters fully equipped to ensure the comfort and attention you need for your stay. With an exceptional location overlooking the water, you will find yourself a few steps away from a multitude of good addresses and the local market starring every Sunday morning.

Our house is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the Town Hall Square and the clock, in a quiet and not very busy one-way street, with a garden that is not overlooked. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
