Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Avallon

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

We had a great time at Sylvie's place. It is very nice and the garden is beautiful! The place is ideal for enjoying Lake Settons and its surroundings with the family. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, we were only here for 2 nights at the end of our tour of France. In fact, this little stopover before our return trip turned out to be a fantastically beautiful place. Nathalie has created a little paradise there. It started with a super friendly welcome, we immediately felt at home. The children immediately fell in love with Gus, a very dear dog who has grown very dear to us and also accompanied us on the small excursions on foot. :) It is an oasis of tranquility and Nathalie is a wonderful person. We are already thinking about coming back, then also a little longer. We can fully recommend this little paradise of tranquility.

Charming well-equipped old house, which we were able to appreciate the freshness in very hot weather… Ideal for lovers of calm and nature, with beautiful hiking and bike rides. The house is well located, between Auxerre and Chablis, allowing you to visit the region easily. We had a great time!

Nice welcome. Everything was ready to welcome us. A spacious and comfortable well-equipped cottage. A large, private and fully enclosed outdoor area. A beautiful, unobstructed view. A quiet environment with 2 nice cows as neighbors. We recommend it.

We had a great stay. The fenced garden was really nice, very loving and perfect for the dog and the baby. Incredibly clean accommodation, nice hosts who took care of a small problem on site and helped us. Good communication. You have to keep in mind that it is really very quiet and you can do relatively little in the area. But that's exactly what we wanted and expected.

Warm welcome and availability. Clara's cottage was perfect for our group of 12. I recommend this place lost in the greenery where the pool is pleasant after a day of sightseeing.

We had a great weekend at Agnès and Patrick's! The house matched the photos, was very clean and very nice. We particularly enjoyed the pool in this hot weather. Communication was particularly smooth with our hosts. I would this property.

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the rooms. We were able to sit together at the table indoors and outdoors, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We used the pool and were able to create a cinema evening thanks to the screen and projector. Bertrand was very helpful

Very good hospitality from Thibault. The house is very functional and arranged with great taste. We spent two very pleasant days in a beautiful and preserved environment. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful and peaceful setting by the river. Great garden for the dogs plus kayak and paddle boards to explore the river for longer stays. Cecile accommodated an earlier check in which was very much appreciated. It's a shame we didn't have longer to explore the area.

A quaint cottage just like in the pictures in a small village. In addition to a beautiful church where we were spontaneously shown around by a lady from the village who we happened to speak. Beautiful walks made from the cottage with our dog. We saw different types of birds including the hops! Beautiful places nearby. A wonderful holiday in a cottage that is equipped with all comforts. A fenced garden with seating and sun loungers. In short, highly recommended!

Nestled in a cul-de-sac on the banks of the Serein, this duplex apartment is full of charm, thanks to its terrace and decor. Alix is a responsive and attentive host. We would be happy to do it again for a future stop in Chablis!

We stayed one night at this place The accommodation was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The decoration is superb and the terrace was super nice. In addition, this accommodation is in the center of Avallon which allows super fast access. We will come back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique’s cottage. It is a lovely walk to Vezelay, and much else to explore close by. Our boys enjoyed having the space to kick a soccer ball. Dominique took the time to give us recommendations on places to visit and had left fresh flowers in the apartment as well as home made jams and a delicious bread and bottle of local wine.

Fantastic location with a wonderful view, there is a very charming courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner or a tiny balcony with a view of the lake and beautiful hills, the inside of the cottage is very charming and you will find everything you’ll need for holiday break!, we will definitely be returning to this magical place!
