Katie’s place was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we needed, and we were so happy with our stay. Although the pool was closed since we visited in April, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the trip. We were just a short walk from the beach, and Katie even sent over some amazing restaurant recommendations that we really appreciated. We truly loved spending spring break in Avalon with the kids and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The home was spacious and spotless. It was exactly as pictured, from the surroundings to the inside. It was clear that it was cleaned. The location was absolutely perfect, as we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He made check in and out east. We really appreciated all the stocked kitchen as well. Everything was perfect and I will definitely book again!

Best thing I can say is the property was just as pictured and described. We contacted the host with a couple general questions and we received a response within minutes. The property itself was clean and had amenities in line with what was expected. We would stay in this house again anytime we returned to the area!

We absolutely love this condo! This is our 4th year staying in the unit and it is wonderful. The added bunk beds in the bedroom make it great for our family of 5, plus having 2 bathrooms is a plus! The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. The location is great - 1 block from the beach and a nice walk from the town of Stone Harbor. There are restaurants closer as well. Highly recommend!
