Renata and Sérgio were great hosts! Always responded quickly. The house is beautiful, with ample space and green area, super comfortable and close to the dam. We had quiet nights in the midst of nature. Gently welcome us with our 4 dogs (a rarity), thank you for the opportunity to travel with them 🐶 and for your confidence. We had a great weekend, I highly recommend!

Mauri and Letícia were extremely friendly and attentive! They worried about all the details of our stay… the house is great, super spacious, hot… it has all the items and equipment needed for great days of barbecue and swimming pool among friends and family ! Super recommend and hope to come back more often!

It was very good.

I and my family had an excellent time. The house was clean and tidy and corresponded to the descriptions. Clean linens and towels carefully prepared for guests. All well prepared for our stay. The house is well equipped with household utensils and appliances. Marcelo has always been very attentive and polite when we need to communicate . Certainly I would like to return soon with my family.

We had very pleasant family days at Adalberto's house. Great location. Easy access. Very hot and spacious. Large rooms. A very good barbecue area. The only detail I would leave as a tip is to vein fans. The house is warm. (We take very hot days) But the pool is delicious. water well heated.. And Adalberto always very attentive and helpful. We will return as soon as possible.

Best stay of my life. No joke, Vera is a sweetheart and her house is surreally wonderful. Excellent communication, always being very polite and transparent about our stay. The house is much more than in the photos, calm, safe and quiet environment. Gaby, who is responsible for cleaning and helping in the kitchen, is very sweet and made us feel at home the whole time. I recommend it without a doubt and as soon as I have the opportunity I will return many more times. Thank you Vera and congratulations on your accommodation, which is just lovely!

We had a very comfortable stay one weekend between friends. The house is very spacious, accommodating everyone comfortably. The building is old and rustic (cozy). The view is sensational with easy access to the dam. Anyway, the weekend was great and we're taking good memories.

Our stay in the little house was very good. We went with our children and dog and we felt very comfortable. Carla and her mother were great hosts, the house was full of details to please us. In the garden of the house has a table with hammock that was a delight to have coffee, lunch and dinner. The place is beautiful, it is possible to take long walks, fish, enjoy the lagoon, climb trees and explore a lot. Since the garden of the house you can see the sunset in the countryside, very beautiful. Ideal to rest and relax. We will definitely return!!!

Very quiet house, all clean, pool was a little cloudy but was informed that due to rain the day before. Very large house, spacious, clean, bed linen too. But we didn't find any cleaning supplies, the couple's bathroom only bad thing is being water from the street, and in the morning there wasn't, but it was informed by the host. From the center by car is about 15 min. Where you can find everything there. It's about 5 minutes to the dam. Very attentive host, of course with the information and very cordial. We like it!!!!

We love the hospitality and receptivity offered by Iara and Helena, were very careful and helpful with all the guidelines, about our stay and support on the use of the house. The house had total infrastructure including all the household items required for stay. Super we indicate for rent, the very spacious house, great pattern of structure, cleaning, organization and excellent support. We'll be back soon. Thank you until next time :)

Everything about it is excellent

It was amazing the location, super cozy, a wonderful peace and quiet, the backyard is huge for the pet's or some activity, the hostess super polite, proactive and caring. For those who have jetski or boat at about 1/1.5 km has a very good public ramp and a restaurant near the ramp as well.

great house, simple architecture, but all well organized, feeling at home. The house has a vegetable garden, several fruit trees, the pool has sun heating, the position of the pool with the barbecue is great, the house is surrounded, there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and has all necessary utensils.

The stay was very good and the place is very faithful to the photos. All very organized and the space well taken care of. Great place to rest, enjoy and swim in the beautiful dam. The host Felipe always available. The family felt at home and planned to return soon. Reveillon was very beautiful with the fires around the dam and the condominium.

Eloisa was a perfect host, quickly responds to questions and requests and is very helpful to make suggestions of what to do in Avarè. The house of the Eloisa is excellent, clean, cozy, the bed is wonderful and comfortable type of hotel has a cool outdoor space to make a barbecue and gather friends! The house is located in a quiet area of Avarè, from where you have easy access to the center and the attractions of the vicinity of Avarè. Recommended without question
