Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Harika bir konaklama oldu. Semra hanım çok ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Evin manzarası ve bahçesi huzur verici. Temizlik, konfor ve diğer şeylerde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım, ev açıklamalarda ve fotograflarda belirtildiği gibiydi. Burada tekrar kalmak için sabırsızlanıyorum :)

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Il y a de nombreux magasins et restaurants à proximité ainsi que les transports en commun. Le logement était très propre sans aucun souci à signaler. Je recommande a 100%

Прекрасное расположение. Вид на мраморное море. Отзывчивый хозяин, всегда на связи. Транспортная доступность достаточно хороша. На метро можно попасть в любую точку Стамбула. Спасибо уважаемый Orbay, что позволили нам остаться после времени выселения и дождаться самолета!!!

Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

İletişim çok hızlıydı. Eve giriş çok kolaydı. Talimatlar net ve anlaşılırdı. Ev çok temizdi. Muhit ve manzara çok güzeldi. Tek araçlık otopark kullanımı mevcuttu. Manzara kusursuzdu. Genel anlamda çok memnun kaldık.

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt für zwei Tage gut. Unterkunft entspricht dem Bild. Die Kommunikation mit Özlem war einwandfrei. Danke! 😊

The building is old, but the apartment is nicely renovated. The pictures and descriptions matched reality. The flat was very clean, and the owner was responsive and helped us clarify any issues. The area is also very nice, with many restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices. The only issue was that during the day, there is some noise from the restaurants below. Additionally, the area is full of stray dogs and cats that are cared for by the local people. Occasionally, the dogs may make noise during the night. Driving a car and finding a parking spot in the narrow, sloped streets can also be challenging.

wszystko zgodne z opisem. bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. wszystkie urządzenia kuchenne i pralnia w pełni wyposażone. dom o wysokim standardzie, zadbany. gorąco polecam. everything as described. very friendly and helpful owners. all kitchen equipment and laundry fully equipped. house of high standard, well-kept. highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Nebiye's beautiful home near the Istanbul Airport (IST) during our family reunion. The house was spacious and comfortable, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a charming garden—perfect for accommodating our entire family. The tranquil surroundings were one of the highlights. We loved starting our mornings with peaceful walks, waking up to birdsong, and enjoying the calm, relaxing atmosphere of the quiet neighborhood. It felt like a true retreat, despite being just minutes from the airport. The location was ideal. The Black Sea coast—with its beach, harbor, and delicious seafood restaurants—was only about 20 minutes away and offered something for everyone. Central Istanbul and its major attractions were also easily accessible via the nearby highways. We made wonderful memories during our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
