Beliggenhet: Sentral plassert i Vågen. 7 minutter å gå til sentrum og bussterminal, nær beliggenhet til Kulturfabrikken, Kranaskjæret, Mellomverftet museum mm. 250 meter til nærmeste dagligvarebutikk og busstopp. Gangavstand til Badeland og Braatthallen. Parkering: Gratis parkering i gata eller på oppstillingsplass 250 meter unna.

Velkommen til «Gammelstua», et sjarmerende tømmerhus fra 1800-tallet med nydelig fjordutsikt! Huset ligger i fredelige og landlige omgivelser med gåavstand til barnevennlig badestrand. Huset har blitt restaurert med kjærlig hånd det siste året og har en solfylt uteplass til din disposisjon. Her er det kort reisevei på 10 min til både Kristiansund og kommunesenter. Spektakulære Atlanterhavsveien er kun 30 min reise unna. Lokalområdet har utallige turmuligheter for alle nivå.

Sommerhus ved sjøen

I dette gamle tømmerhuset i fredelige omgivelser ved sjøen kan du lett slappe av med familie og venner. Skjermet og trygt nærområde uten trafikk. Tilgang til strand, samt til liten båt og to kajakker etter nærmere avtale. Det er bålpanne og spiseplass i hagen. Tursti til vakre Stavneset fyr rett utenfor døra. Avstander med bil: Kristiansund sentrum 12 min. Atlanterhavsveien: 30 min Det er 6 gode sengeplasser til voksne, samt 3 ekstrasenger og 1 reiseseng til lite barn.

Amundøy Rorbu is located in the most beautiful costal area around Kristiansund. Cozy apartment in a charming old, restored warehouse / boathouse right on the sea shore, 20km from Kristiansund. (25 min drive) Our guests will have a large, ca. 60 square meters apartment, with a balcony and partial seaview, at their disposal. Spacious both inside and outside. Scenic and quiet area. At mid Summer the sun sets around 23H in this area!

At the beautiful Atlantic Road

It`s self Service you must bring linens and towels yourself. Im not able to provide it. There are duvets and pillows. since it is self service you must expect some more dirt and dust on the floor then places where it is paid cleaning personel. You must clean after you and wash up the dishes and empty dishwasher before leaving the apartment. There may be some traffic noise as the house is right next to the national tourist road.

Sokkel-leilighet ( i 1.etasje) i enebolig i bydelen Karihola i Kristiansund. Vertskapet bor i hovedleiligheten i 2.etg. Fra dette sentrale overnattingsstedet har dere enkel tilgang til hva det måtte være. Ca 2 km til sentrum. Buss-stopp med busser til sentrum ca 150 meter fra leiligheten. Gratis parkering. Friluftsområde rett utenfor døra. Stor og romslig leilighet. Ny 50 tommers tv med innebygd cromecast.
