You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Ideally located between Geneva (35 min from the airport), Annecy and Chamonix, the cottage is only 30 minutes from the Les Gets resort. The Les Brasses station is 10 minutes away.

We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Évadez-vous dans notre petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché au calme entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
