Holiday rentals with a patio in Avondale

This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

Very beautiful and cozy place easy to find and to access very peaceful neighborhood. Very cleaned and spacious place. Definitely recommend, look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Derek was great and very helpful! Gave lots of recommendations on things to do and the location is walkable to downtown phoenix.

Thomasina helped my company immediately when our building AC went out. She was extremely accommodating, especially given the last minute needs on a holiday weekend!

I booked this location needing it less than 24 hours. Adena was extremely easy to work with and accommodated my early check-in along with my exit being a day earlier than planned. Water was in the fridge and coffee was available for me when I arrived along with a very welcoming environment.

Staying here was great being that it was exactly as described in the listing. It was very spacious and in a great location. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix.

We were visiting the area for a week, to attend my son's wedding. So, we wanted our visit to be comfortable and hassle free. It was all of that and then some. We arrived early so we grabbed some lunch at Subway and then went grocery shopping at Fry's. Both of these locations were in close proximity. We used the hot tub in the backyard a couple times and the TV in the livingroom is amazing. The wedding was excellent and we had a good time all in all. We plan on moving to the Greater Phoenix area, so we'll most likely be return customers. If the host will have us.

Highly recommend Gegam’s beautiful home. My family and I just checked out today and let me tell you we felt right at home. We loved how spacious it was to fit our family. Gegam made our vacation home super comfortable and peaceful. The pool was fun and relaxing. This location has lots of shops, restaurants and grocery stores that is easy accessible. For anyone who’s looking for a great Airbnb Gegam’s home is phenomenal.

Nice house. Good water pressure and hot water. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great and given how hot it was outside it was a life saver. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The Gila River being so close was a nice surprise. Saw it on my way to see the Phoenix Raceway.

Check in was super easy and seamless and whenever I did have to reach out to Angel he responded within minutes so communication was amazing. As for the home beautiful home lovely location with lots of games available which made it lovely for hosting with family. Over all lovely stay.

Great place to stay that feels safe and not far from some good places to eat

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was a first time guest at an Airbnb home and a bit anxious about it. As soon as I walked in, my trepidation evaporated. I was impressed with the home’s welcoming atmosphere and how relaxing it was. It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.
