Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Gîte des Alouettes

The cottage des Alouettes is located in the district of Les Vignes 4 km from the village of Farges in Septaine and less than 2 km from Avord, between Bourges and Nevers. It is very close to the military base (10/15 minute walk). The cottage is independent in a common area with us. It is a few miles from the most beautiful buildings in the area.
