Lovely home! Perfect for our stay, great location and spotless throughout! Aslı was a great host and easy to communicate with when needed. The home had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable stay and we felt right at home. Great access to the main road and central location to shops and easy travel to Lefkosa and beyond. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Nibel is a great host who always gladly helps and recommends anything. Her house is beautiful, clean, and very spacious, we immediately fell in love with it here! Every day we had fresh, huge, and juicy lemons from the garden, as well as other fruits. The surroundings of the house are very quiet and peaceful, with a view directly to the fascinating ghost town - Varosha which is just across the road. Also there are very friendly and kind neighbours! 😊 Definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

For 14 days and nights we loved the house. Its peaceful aura, beautiful and friendly cats, and historic features. It is a tranquil oasis where the hurly burly of life, near or far, is excluded as soon as the solid antique doors are closed. More prosaically the facilities are quirky, but everything works! The terrace is sunny, the courtyard cool, the kitchen well equipped, the beds comfy, the lounge a great place to wile away an evening. We have no regrets, and lots of happy memories!

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

It was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. The location, quietness, architecture, and amenities of the house were really great. You can reach the host almost 24/7, which is a big advantage. Everything was very good except for the hot water problem in just one bathroom and the faucet malfunction in the WC. Overall, my rating for this home is 9

We had a pleasant stay! Communication with the host was easy and clear, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The flat is in a quiet area, ideal for getting a good night’s rest, and it looks exactly like it does in the photos. While it could have been more thoroughly cleaned, the overall comfort and accurate listing made for an enjoyable stay. Thanks again for having us!

It was very kind of the host Mr. Ceyhun to call us in advance and get our check-in information and to greet us with a smile at the door. It was an admirable move to buy small gifts for our children and to make an effort to make them happy. We had a very nice holiday. Everything you want is available at home, and even if it's not, Mr. Ceyhun makes an effort to find what you want. When we entered the house, everything was sparkling clean. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The pool enjoyment for the children was completely different. Barbecue and sunset in the evening are wonderful. This house is at a level to meet all your needs in Cyprus. It would be great to stay in this house again on our next visit. I recommend it to everyone. We would like to thank Mr. Ceyhun very much for offering a perfect holiday with all its beauties. Thank you very much, Mr. Ceyhun, for your efforts. Everything was very nice.

Şarafi’s apartment is the best place to stay in Famagusta. Şarafi is an attentive host who helped us with queries and ensured we were happy with the apartment when we checked in. The apartment was very clean with great ac, lots of outlets and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom is lovely. The kitchen is also great and has everything you need. We would happily stay here again

Great, freshly renovated villa with everything you need for a holiday

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

Firstly, the friendliness of everybody we met in Cyprus was noticeable. Everyone went above and beyond and as a tourist abroad you really felt appreciated and that they wanted to share their beautiful country with you. The apartment complex has multiple buildings and we felt safe and comfortable all the time we were there. 3 pools to choose from and all nice and no running for sunbeds! Water was quite cold in April for our children but they were old enough to lay in the sun or play cards etc. Hot summer weather the water would be a relief no doubt. A short walk to pubs and restaurants and the food is at times incredible. Fresh and full of flavour. Great coffee shop close by when you need that extra kick too. You can get a bus (102) a short walk away that will take you through Penera and on to Protaras which has loads of choice of bars and restaurants and is livelier in the evenings, really cheap on the OSEA bus too. Bolt taxi service also runs locally from the app too.

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

My wife and I stayed in a very nice place. The house had everything we needed. The air conditioner was a must, we had a very comfortable holiday. Mr. Buluç's communication was very good, the location and layout of the house made us very happy. I hope to see you on our next vacation 🙏☺️

Extremely pleased with our stay. The host was very interested; he responded to all our questions very quickly and clearly from the time of booking until the time of checkout. We felt really safe and well taken care of. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable, as seen in the photos. The location was great, you can walk to the sea in about 10 minutes. At the same time, it was a great advantage to be located within the site; there were three different swimming pools, two different gyms, a restaurant, a supermarket, a cafe, a bakery, a butcher, a casino, and even an amusement park in the immediate vicinity of the house. Everything we needed at home was available: kitchen equipment, clean towels, linens, shampoo, shower gel, soap, even small but thoughtful details. This made the accommodation much more comfortable. In short, everything that contributed to a peaceful and enjoyable holiday was there. Thank you again to the host. Would recommend with peace of mind!

It was a small but very sweet holiday. The pool and slide were very enjoyable, we had a lot of fun and made good memories. Thanks for everything!

The house we stayed in was very good in the location, but there was a serious hygiene problem in the bathrooms, I requested cleaning, but it was very unsanitary even though it was cleaned, at least supplies such as bleach should be available in the bathrooms for such situations
